This site is for Mastercutz Barbershop & Spa operations. It records daily sales, captures expenses, computes staff earnings under defined payout policies, manages partner percentages, and shows profit. Access is restricted to approved users.

Functions

  • Sales — record service & product revenue per outlet and user.
  • Expenses — log operational costs (supplies, utilities, rent, marketing) by category.
  • Staff earnings — auto‑compute from (Sales − Expenses) × role percentage.
  • Payout policy — define payout windows (e.g., Mondays), approvals, and thresholds.
  • Partners — assign partner roles and percentages; view share statements.
  • Profit — simple summaries and exports for management review.

Other important things

  • Role‑based access — Admin, Sales, Staff, and Partner see only what’s relevant.
  • Audit trail — activity logs on sensitive actions and approvals.
  • Multi‑branch — per‑branch and consolidated views where enabled.
  • Data handling — secure sessions and NDPR‑aligned practices.
  • Exports — CSV/PDF for sales, expenses, payouts, and partner statements.

Roles at a glance

Admin: approve users, set % and payout windows, review and export records.
Sales: log sales and expenses accurately for assigned outlet(s).
Staff: see your sales & expenses, check computed earnings, request withdrawals during payout windows.
Partner: view percentage share, linked outlets, and statements (if enabled).
